Why is Martha Ann, age 8 or so, not in this Census dwelling? Margaret Elder died before May 1863; a guess based on Frederick Kintz's 2nd marriage.

     Frederick J. Kintz There are two Perry County Marriages of Frederick Kintz and an Elder:
1835 (Frederick Kintz) to Margaret Elder and 1863 (Frederick J. Kintz) to Mary A. Elder.

Further investigation is needed to try to confirm if 1. They are the same Frederick Kintz, and 2. if the Elder gals are sisters; both daughters of Thomas Elder and Ellen Mclaughlin.

For the time being I am including both Elder marriages with this Frederick Kintz with notes reminding that it is speculative. RJ.
